Mashed Sweet Potatoes

6 Sweet Potatoes (Cooked & Mashed)
1/4 Cup of Butter
1/2 Cup of Milk
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon of Kosher Salt
2 Cups of Mini-Marshmallows

Start by adding the butter, milk, cinnamon and kosher salt to the mashed sweet potatoes. Beat the mix until it’s smooth, light and fluffy. Pour it into a greased 1 1/2 quart sized casserole then cover with marshmallows. Continue Baking it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
